Yanam — Miles of Music (Season 1)

Yaanam is my journey.

Over the years, I have travelled through many places, met countless people, lived through love and loss, success and uncertainty, beginnings and endings. Some experiences stayed with me as memories. Some became lessons. And some quietly became music.

Miles of Music is a collection of those moments. These songs come from different phases of my life — from the adventures I have lived and the people I have encountered, to the questions I have asked, the things I have learnt, the love I have felt, and the insights that came with simply living. I have always believed that music is not just something we create. Sometimes, it is something that happens to us along the way.

Every song in Yaanam carries a little piece of my soul— a thought, a feeling, a memory, an experience, a relationship, a realisation, or simply a breath from a particular moment in time.

"There is life here.
There is adventure there.
There are learnings and experiences everywhere."
– Shashi Preetam

Season 1 is the beginning of this musical journey. I invite you to walk these miles with me — to listen, feel, remember, discover, and perhaps find a small part of your own journey somewhere within mine. Because ultimately, every life is a journey. And mine has always been accompanied by music.

Miles of Music.
Moments of Life.
One Yaanam.
